Can not input Chinese punctuation

In Alacritty, Can't input Chinese punctuation, some punctuation auto replace english punctuation.

if used system Chinese input method, like this

Alacritty can work.

but use third input method, alacritty can't work. like weixin input

this issues same like #7122
