Grammar in quoted text

Does anyone know how to stop interpreting the text inside quotes?

For instance in Php if I declare a string variable :

$nivQuery="AND (";

the editor will check the grammar inside the double quotes, find the open parenthesis and cause havoc with the code that follows.

[marcellis2017]

I tried single quotes, same thing
