Freshly loaded workspaces are marked as having unsaved changes.

When reopening a workspace previously saved to a bjr file, it is directly marked as having unsaved changes (i.e. the path in the title bar is prefixed by a *).
This in turns means than the modal box asking if the user wants to save before exiting is always invoked, although there are no new modifications.
