Actual Windows version: 10.0 (build 0).
Fps fix applied.
Menu fps fix applied.
In-game sleep fixes applied.
Using 'AllowTearing' sync strategy.
Using 'FlipDiscard' swap strategy.

Message: The specified path can not be found.
Cant start game with D2DX.
