I recently created a PR to add iertutil, urlmon, and wininet. I was requested to use the proxy to retrieve kb976932. I believe I did not clear the cache correctly during testing, and it worked even though only windows6.1-kb976932-x86, not windows6.1-kb976932-x64 is availabe in the proxy. Apologies for that, it was my first contribution and did not realize how that piece worked. I recently reinstalled my OS and noticed my local build was not working at that point, which led me to notice the URL for x64 was not valid. Could I request to get the 64 bit executable
