No sound on my HP Chromebook x360, running debian with gnome. Also my webcam does not show up, is this related?

What's the output of the file or link created by sudo alsa-info with root priveledges?

  lspci
  aplay
  amixer
  alsactl
  rpm, dpkg
  /proc/asound/
  /sys/class/sound/
  ~/.asoundrc (etc.)

See '/usr/sbin/alsa-info --help' for command line options.

This script requires lspci. Please install it, and re-run this script.

You need to upload the file , in /tmp/alsa-info.something or type y when asked to upload the Alsa info then send the link
