Describe the bug
Normal search. Search in path activated: When in the search string I use *, it does not show me results. Is this how it should be?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
I have installed Lutris-wine. So I have the file ...
~/.local/share/lutris/runners/wine/lutris-5.2-x86_64/lib/wine/fakedlls/iexplore.exe on my HDD
0. Search mode: "all"

  1. check "search in path"

  2. uncheck activate Regex

  3. search string is iexplore*exe

  4. I have no search result

  5. uncheck "search in path"

  6. FSearch shows me ~/.local/share/lutris/runners/wine/lutris-5.2-x86_64/lib/wine/fakedlls/iexplore.exe (among others)

Expected behavior
I would have expected the same search result in 4. and 6.

Same result with the search string iexplore.ex*.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: MX-Linux 23.2 Xfce (Debian 12 based)
  • How you installed FSearch: MX Pakage Manager
  • Version: FSearch 0.2.3
  • Output of localectl status:
    $ localectl status
System has not been booted with systemd as init system (PID 1). Can't operate.
Failed to connect to bus: Der Rechner ist nicht aktiv
