咨询内存分配器初始化问题 #17

我看内存初始化章接，将内存划分为三个部分： span (512 MB) │ bitmap (32 GB) │ arena (512 GB)，但是对于64位的虚拟地址空间来不应该有512G那么大吧，所以想请问下这里的512M、32GB和512GB是指内存空间吗？

@ichiro999 ，64 位地址空间实际有用的 48 位，理论上虚拟地址上限能有 48 TB 呢

不过我写这个的时候也是 1.10 了，后来这里有改动，arena 区域不是连续的了
