Notifications

I investigate the problem that I mentioned before: I do not receive notifications. And found that it must be enabled at github settings manually for new account: settings -> Notifications -> Participating (Notifications for the conversations you are participating in, or if someone cites you with an) -> WEB -> Enable. By default it was disabled for my new account.

Because of this I suggest to add this to FAQ section / README.md of chaintip.

Yes, ChainTip works better on GitHub if you enable web notifications. Thanks, I'll add this to the readme.

It does work with email notifications though... did you have those enabled?

I do not check my email. But guess email notifications work by default.
