Link your wallet to claim a bounty. message at talking-public must contain username or easy navigation. Some with other messages at this repo (talking-public): "chaintip, tip issue #1"

Why should the title contain the username?

So that you can find your conversation in the list of conversations later on? Is that the concern?

@tea-spoon yes, sure. I can open full list of them and scroll down. REMEMBER not every user receive notifications with direct links
