perhaps when you edit the comment with the time it will update.

What if someone is working on the issue and the tipper edits this to reclaim the bounty?

I'm not sure the bot gets notifications for edits. I'll have to check.

well I mean, edit it to increase time, rather than reduce. reducing time should not be allowed
