Issue Description

https://github.com/containers/podman/blob/main/docs/tutorials/performance.md#network-performance-for-rootless-podman says:

Use the network driver pasta. Pasta is under development and currently needs a patched Podman to run.

But https://blog.podman.io/2024/03/podman-5-0-has-been-released/ states twice, that Pasta is now the default for rootless containers.

This is a contradiction: Pasta is both the default and under development.
