Reko gets confused and outputs 200MB of errors

Something about their array printer broke and tried to print out 4000000 array elements, well past the end of the file. The output is about 200MB of "Can't read byte at address 0x42F000" which is ... not great.

• Need to look into size limits on decompiled output
• Should look into gzip compression of output
• Should ask the reko guys what happened
