I'm on Windows v0.7.1 portable.

Tried looking at the closed issues for solutions, but didn't find anything that works.

I am on Mac 0.7.1 and I face the same issue. The font size is quite small - none of the shortcuts seem to work.

Is Preferences > Custom CSS working?
You could overwrite a larger font-size to the body ...
