Hello!

Would be nice to see better queue managment with files which failed with bad checksums.

Right now, if file failed to download, eiskaltdcpp will try to download it again and again. It can stuck for hours with single file, without further progress.

Would be nice to lower file priority after 10 retires by 1 level (normal->low)
