Thanks for reporting. The idea / philosophy is to use the data as provided by the CIA including curiosities such as the use of   - yes, ideally entries should all be plain text. The best way to fix this is to report upstream at the CIA HQ here -> https://cia.gov ;-).

Yes, sorry, i am still undecided on how to deal with html "artefacts" inside the entries ...   might be a good candidate to auto-convert to space and if trailing getting removed. Let's see if this is a one-time issue or keeps poping up / staying on in the next weeks.
