[Bug] Custom strategies are not visible in Strategy dropdown

Describe the bug
we recently migrated our FF from 1.7.x to 2.0.0 but after migration we realised it is not picking up custom strategies in Feature update pop up.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. create new strategy with extending AbstractFlipStrategy

2. boot app and launch FF4J console

3. create FF

4. once created, edit created FF and select dropdown for strategy

5. in drop down newly created custom strategy not visible

Expected behavior
in previous version we used to see custom strategies in section strategies used

Is this something change in terms of configuration, is this something we can show on UI?
