When freedomotic headless is running, above all if not from CLI, an user inteface element is needed to let the user know that the program is running in background. This element should be present into the three most important OS, correctly handled by JVM; ideally a traybar element or some kind of messaging

I think not. #126 refers to GUI alert when you have Freedomotic running problems. In this case we must notify the user about the headless instance correct running: we could have different solutions
