Half of players are medic at 1HP. The other half are Heavies with a sandvich.

The objective is for the Heavies to feed their sandvich to a medic, and the medics should eat the sandvich to replenish health.

Win condition (Heavy): Throw & have sandvich consumed by Medic
Win condition (Medic): Eat sandvich

Initial updates for #222 (doesn't work)

player_healed event is not firing for some reason. I thought it was because I was messing around with max health, but maybe not. That or my test server is a bit weird. I need to have a deeper look into it...

@Mario6493 I think this one's nearly done. Needs testing but I think we're just about finished. Could you have a look for a suitable BGM when you get the chance? Cheers :)
