Stuff is being rendered behind the world #115

Describe the bug
There is a lot of things that are, for whatever reason, rendered behind the world, as in on skybox layer. Might be some Z buffer shenanigans.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install Samp and SAMPFUNCS
  2. Join literally any server
  3. Press ~ to open the console
  4. Observe

Expected behavior
Sampfuncs console (and other things usually rendered by default Moonloader functions, but in the same way) displays topmost

Why are you opening an issue here, when it's obviously an issue from sampfuncs developers?

because it isn't? this does not happen neither with 2Pac's hud nor without any HUDs at all, also the game fails to render Interactive Phone 2.0 which is not dependant on Sampfuncs since it is a singleplayer-focused CLEO script.
