Trying to restart the system by Settings - Hardware results in error page:

Have to do a manual restart

After manual restart system works correctly, no errors are shown in logs.
I've also encountered this issue another time in the past, that was solved by a restart.
Note that I have an UPS connected to HA system to eliminate power outage issues.
