Not blocking sparechange.io

Miners running out of sparechange.io appear to continue running. A page that is pushing this miner can be found at: https://edbinx.com/linux/wi-fi-raspberry-pi-3-command-line-13445.html

I've tested other miner blockers and some do catch it and block it from running.
