Context menu pop on primary display

On a multi-monitor setup, the context menu always open on the primary monitor.

What happens:
If the app is on the main monitor, the context pops near the mouse.
If the app is on a secondary monitor the context menu will pop on the edge of the main monitor.

What should happen:
The context menu should always pop next to the mouse, no matter on what monitor the screen is running.
