I think it would be great if the readme or the documentation had an Installation section that pointed people to the built AppImages and indicate that this is the recommended way to install.
Per #218 (comment) it's not recommended to build this project locally. I also spent a while trying to get the build to work before finally finding that issue.
Currently the readme says nothing about how to obtain linuxdeploy, there's no INSTALL.txt, and the appimage doc site describes usage but not how to install. It's possible I've missed something but I think it would have to be fairly unobvious.

Are the Releases the recommended place to get this? I guess there's no stable release yet, so the Alpha would be the recommended release? I came here from another build tool that requires this so I opened this issue from the perspective of a new user.
