Sharable sampler report

Description

The spark sampler report includes a "World" tab which shows entity counts on each world and chunks with high entity counts.

This makes me unable to share the report with most people because this essentially shows the locations of player's bases on my servers since these tend to have high entity counts.

Proposed Behaviour

An option to make a public sampler report where the "World", "Configurations" and "JVM Flags" data is not included
