Description

  • Can you reproduce the issue?

Steps to reproduce

  1. type anything in the content, say HelloWorld
  2. Crtl+F , enter HelloWorld
  3. cannot find the HelloWorld

Expected behavior:

  1. Crtl+F , enter HelloWorld
  2. Can find HelloWorld

Actual behavior:

  1. Crtl+F , enter HelloWorld
  2. cannot find the HelloWorld

But

  1. Crtl+F , enter HelloWorl
  2. Can find HelloWorl

Versions

  • MarkText version: 0.17.1
  • Operating system: Windows 10

I get a similar, but not identical, problem. Searching in a very large text (100k words). The search previews in the search panel work well, but, when I click on one of the search results, it takes me to the wrong part of the text.

v0.17.1 on Pop_OS!
