Post a link to an YouTube Shorts video and set the post’s language to a different language than the instance’s country language
Expected behaviour
The link preview text should follow the post’s language settings, in my tests it was English
Actual behaviour
The link preview text will use the instance’s country language, in my tests was German
Detailed description
Seems like the link previews are fetched by the instance’s servers like a proxy so language preferences are lost in the way. Is it possible to respect the post’s language settings or are there maybe technical reasons for not doing so?
