Add event flag to indicate user action

As briefly discussed in this pull request, it would be quite useful to have a flag on events that indicate whether it was triggered internally, or by a user.

Things to take into consideration here are events that trigger other events, as these sometimes will need to carry over the flag, but probably not always.
