Remapping Win(left)+c doesn't seem to apply

Steps to reproduce

1. Open keyboard manager
2. Select "Remap a shortcut"
3. Select "Add shortcut remapping"
4. Click the pencil icon next to "Shortcut" on the left side, press mic button on keyboard (is hardware macro for "Windows (left) + C")
5. Select "Send Key/Shortcut" next to "Action"
6. Click the dropdown under "Shortcut" on the right side, select "VK2"
7. Select OK
8. Open Discord
9. Navigate to keybind settings
10. Make a new keybind for "toggling mic"
11. Press mic key on keyboard, and see it says "Windows (left) + C" instead of "VK2"

Please note this has worked for the last 4 months until i did an update last night, and the keybind stopped working.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Expected to see "VK2"

❌ Actual Behavior

Saw "Windows (left) + C" instead
