Testing "Proxy" experimental feature.

Please try the new experimental "Proxy" feature in WinGet 1.8 preview.

Can confirm that http proxy is working, would be nice to have support for socks5 proxies.

@soredake, feel free to create a new issue requesting support for socks5 proxies. It will largely depend on whether lots of folks request it or if someone from the community is willing to tackle it.

How to use this feature？Add "experimentalFeatures": {"proxy": true} in settings and set $Env:http_proxy?

--proxy "http://127.0.0.1:8118" is one way to use proxy.
