Is the project still maintained?

Hi, is the project still under maintenance? There are issues open from 2019 and perfectly reasonable and needed pull requests still waiting to be merged. For example #54 is essential to use clipp in C++20 projects. Is this project still alive?

The original maintainer doesn't seem to have the time to update it, perhaps check out https://github.com/GerHobbelt/clipp which seems more up to date with community fixes.

@muellan: do you intend to pick up maintenance of this library again? if not, i'd propose that @GerHobbelt's fork is used e.g. in vcpkg.
