I am trying to make a html-based game and I am hosting the current version on a website. What I want to do is if the user has internet to connect to the website, if the user doesn't have internet to load an html file stored in the /resources/app/lib/static folder. How can I do this, I already tried replacing the options.targetUrl in the main.js file.
