Time Zone info incorrectly reported

Nativefier command

Steps to reproduce

I'm in Mexico City's time zone (CST aka GMT-6), but it looks like nativefier is assuming DST is in effect and is reporting GMT-5.

My system clock is correct. web.whatsapp.com gives the right timestamps for messages in Chrome, but the timestamps for messages in the nativefier version are showing as CDT, ie an hour ahead of the correct time.
