Been a long-time fan and user of Nativefier—as plenty of older solutions have limitations and aren't kept up to date—thanks for all the work!
I noticed that the new macOS Sonoma (Safari) is going to support Web Apps—and it appears to work a lot like the Chrome "apps", but might be a bit better?
Not answering your questiobm but check multi, I think it based on webkit, it may offer similar capabilites to the new safari webapps https://github.com/kofigumbs/multi
