I'm using netdata to monitor my homelab hosts (bare metal), including hardware sensors. I'm now trying to get used to the v2 netdata UI and there is a usability issue: on the sensors charts, sensors instance names seem to include the node name (i. e. hostname) in a sensor@hostname format.
Given that my hostname is a FQDN, this generates unreadable labels in the legend as soon as you try to group by instance:
Note that I'm not grouping by node name, yet the node name gets included in the legend labels.
Is it possible to somehow hide or remove the node name from the sensors' instance names to unclutter the labels?
