Host labels inside custom alert notification

Is there a way to get the custom host labels when using the custom notification?

My netdata.conf looks like this :

[host labels]
    env = prod
    stack = ProductA

And I would like to be able differentiate the notifications if they come from stack=ProductA or Stack=ProductB
