Multithread plugins use stdout

I had a plugin with multiple threads, each thread responses to collect a kind of metrics, can these threads share the same output file descriptor (stdout)?

@BrytonLee yes, but remember that stdout is not thread-safe - you need to implement some locking for writing to stdout.
