(04:53:48 PM) m4t: hmm, my trusty cyberpower cp1500pfclcd randomly started dropping load with f03 on the screen. turns out, it started discharging itself a couple days ago: https://imgur.com/a/Q1KrKBg
(04:54:21 PM) m4t: one of the batteries measured like 13.5v, the other, 1.5v. apparently there is some yellow glue used under a few components (e.g. output cap on the charging circuit) that turns brown/hard and conductive over time.
(04:54:43 PM) m4t: definitely is turning brown; i may have to take the board out and chisel that crap off. not looking forward to it.
