Add a plugin to enable users to store data in the Kubernetes, like CoreDNS

I'm rather a nomad than a kubernetes user so I don't have much experience in working with the kubernetes API. I guess we should store that data in ConfigMaps then?

If anyone want's to give it a shot I'm glad to help and review!
