Speech Services by Google keeps stopping

Issue description:

On first run after install on Android 11.0, a "Speech Services by Google keeps stopping" alert is received in the Setup Wizard.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Install AOSP11, CAOS11 or LOS 18.1
2. Install OpenGApps (I've been testing 211021 ARM Stock)
3. Format data and reboot to system

Observed behavior:

"Speech Services by Google keeps stopping" alert received in Setup Wizard. The crashing service is com.google.android.tts.

Upload the installation debug log (=tar.gz file) and logcat of Force Closure:

UPDATE: Rolling back to 20210925 GoogleTTS (v.26.2.4.385195680) seems to fix the problem.

Still an issue as of open_gapps-arm-11.0-stock-20220215.

experienced the same issue with open_gapps-arm-11.0-stock-20220215. Same "fix" rolling back to 20210925 GoogleTTS (v.26.2.4.385195680). It may also be worth noting that if you ignore the error on a Samsung A5 (2017) a5y17lte, you receive a black screen after a little while which stops the entire setup process.
