This project is super cool, and I would really love to selfhost it and use it as my password manager. Unfortunately, there is near-zero documentation, and the only guides I've found on how to set up an instance are sparse and barely helpful. If Padloc was better documented I would be setting up my instance now, but as it stands I cannot even run an admin interface without learning the build system first. There are Docker containers for the PWA and server, but again, there is no real documentation, only a minimal tutorial. As it stands, I can't set Padloc up properly, and will not be able to use it. If you want to support the open source software community here on GitHub, please document your code so that others can understand how to use it.

That is what I tried to use. The issue is that that isn't documentation. Examples are useful but not if there's no explanation of how or why anything works. Additionally, I can't get the admin console up and running (why that is a separate service from the server is beyond me) and the rest of the stack seems to be a lost cause.
