[Feature]: Energy entity card

I use home assistant extensively for energy tracking and would love to be able to use mushroom cards on my energy dashboard to show key figures, that updated inline with the energy-date-selection component (in the same way that other energy components do, for example sankey charts )

Describe the solution you'd like

A new card type, for example "energy entity", that can be connected to a energy-date-selection on the same dashboard. The value shown in the card will change in line with the current energy-date-selection components settings - for example showing the figure for yesterday or last week.

My current dashboard has this at the top for example, but unlike the other elements on the page there is no way to have these cards updated to reflect a figure from the selected date or date range.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I'm unaware of any card like components that can be linked with the home assistant energy-date-selection card type. Based on the example of the sankey charts, i assume this is possible to do (referencing home assistants historical statistics)
