[BUG] bloxstrap not running

Acknowledgement of preliminary instructions

• I have read the preliminary instructions, and I am certain that my problem has not already been addressed.

What problem did you encounter?

neither the program nor the installer will run, i have all the dependencies installed system wide. ive tried uninstalling from winget but i get the error Uninstall failed with exit code: 2147516563. ive also tried uninstalling from control panel and with revo uninstaller, ive deleted all registry keys and relating files to the program (and yes i made sure it was strictly anything that related to bloxstrap and nothing else), but the installer wont run, so now idk what to do.
any help would be greatly appreciated

I FIXED IT: my dotnet 6 runtime was corrupted as the runtime config .JSON was null.
