Helm Chart missing - Index.yaml seems to be missing from github pages #763

Hey, I have just noticed that the latest commit for github pages has removed the index.yaml file that is required for helm.

This is causing helm repo add planka http://plankanban.github.io/planka to fail and therefore I am unable to install this helm chart via the recommended documentation methods
