Embedded Tracker is not functional

Hello friends.

I have tried all day to get the embedded tracker to work with no avail.

This is what i've tried so far.

• I tried using different ports for the tracker and I'm now using the default settings for the tracker.
• I have checked both the incoming port and the tracker port using yougetsignal, both are open.
• In the tracker URL I've used my public ip address from whats my ip in this format using 1's as example IP:
• http://11.111.1.111:9000/announce
• The private torrent checkbox was checked too.
• On another device, on mobile data, I have tried to connect using the magnet link and torrent file, both without success.
• I disabled my windows firewall completely temporarily just to see if had an affect, and no success with this either.

If i create the same torrent with no trackers and open it to the DHT, it works perfectly fine.
I have sent the files I've needed to send already, but now I'm trying to understand why it's not working and if i'm doing something wrong.
