This is not the best, but it's faster from the previous command, but it also downloads beta versions which is a con.
Also, this command is using https://deac-fra.dl.sourceforge.net, so it's not the best for other users since it depends on their geolocation for the best download speeds.
If someone has a better solution please feel free to reply.

I'm trying to create a powershell script that will download qBittorrent,
so far I got 2 solutions, both of them have cons:
