qBittorrent & operating system versions

Operating system: Arch Linux
Qt: 6.6.2
Libtorrent: 2.0.10.0
Boost: 1.83.0
OpenSSL: 3.2.1
zlib: 1.3.1
qBittorrent: 4.6.4
KDE Plasma 6.0.3 on Wayland

What is the problem?

  • Show qBittorrent in notification area: Yes
  • Minimize qBittorrent to notification area

When I click on minimize the window, it is minimized but not to the notification area.

It seems that this is another long-known disadvantage of Wayland that no one is going to fix...

Then perhaps it would be better to remove this option or block it if it uses Wayland.
