What is the problem?

I'm playing a game, watching videos, or doing something else on my computer. At random moments, Qbittorrent opens up, always on top of all windows, regardless of whether it's minimized to the tray or completely closed. Autostart is disabled. I don't know what to do; it's really annoying.
