[BUG] Lots of graphics corruption with window moves on EL8 clients

Describe the bug
Since updating clients from EL7 to EL8, users are seeing a lot of graphical corruption particularly when moving windows in the desktop session. Minimizing and restoring the window in the rdesktop session generally restores the image.

Important Information:

• rdesktop Version (*): rdesktop-1.9.0-8.el8.x86_64
• Client OS (*): AlmaLinux 8.8
• Server OS: Windows 10
