Get entire resource data with webhook sink

Is your feature request related to a problem?
There are only so many event enrichment, in webhooks, that I am unable to get entire cluster data with it.

Describe the solution you'd like
Getting all the data that the robusta_ui sink is fetching would be super beneficial

Describe alternatives you've considered
Something similar to robusta_ui.py, but the data will be ingested by an API rather than a backend
